Hello, I have always enjoyed photography - viewing and taking photos purely for fun! I am ashamed to say that I am shoot and click kinda girl. 
However, I have been inspired by seeing others incredible photography on here and will work on improving my technique, so watch this space!!
I find the written word a wonderful medium for expressing myself and have at times, written poetry and stories. For now, I shall add my mad musings and mutterings to my journal. I hope you see something of interest. :D
I look forward to seeing what develops from being in such an aritistic community.

Beauty in all things

The ebb and flow of life, trials and tribulations all make each moment that much sweeter.
We can not control what others do or say, all we control is how we respond. How do we, in this perfect moment of now, find the beauty and perfection? Everything has beauty, we just have to look for it. Sometimes that beauty is only truly seen with distance, sometimes it is seen as a spark in the eyes. Treasure life, hold love dear, have the courage to follow your dreams and live from the heart! :heart:

Walking on dew soaked grass bare foot in the earlier hours of the morning is such utter bliss. The flowers smelled so sweet, everything was quiet. Wiggling my toes and feeling the wet grass beneath my feet felt amazing. Joy can come in the simplest of forms.

Love is a wonderous thing. It opens your heart to so much beauty. The wonderful way your heart skips a beat when you know you are going to see and talk to that special someone. It takes courage to take that step and utter those three words............. "I love you" never knowing how the person will respond and if they will cherish your love and look after your heart. However, the one we should be saying I love you too, first and foremost is ourselves. :heart:
